The icing that I make for all of my cakes is Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

It is made with egg whites, organic cane sugar and unsalted butter.

This type of icing is generally not white white unless of course it is chocolate then it will be light milky brown. 

I can also tint icings certain colours with natural vegetable based food colouring or if you prefer a specific colour, I am able to do most colours but the food tint is not as natural.

Icing can also be tinted lightly with fruit also.






Vegan Buttercream available in Chocolate, Vanilla, Lemon, Mocha, Cinnamon

Traditional Buttercream Icing also available in a variety of flavours. 

Cream Cheese Icing

Frosting Styles:

-Fully covered; semi-smooth or textured,

-Semi-Naked (cake can be seen through icing; the advantage is less sweetness)

-Naked (no icing on cake sides, only between layers)

Standard additions are fresh fruit, flowers in season, chocolate sails/swirls, meringues, meringue crumbles, sprinkles.


Gold or silver leaf, mini alcohol bottles, homemade donuts, specific flowers, chocolate dipped strawberries and special requests such as unicorns and mermaid cakes are an additional charge.


You can choose a few toppings I have listed as standard, or give me some ideas if I don't have them listed,

then let me get creative or just give me creative license!

Cake pricing is based on the size, design and flavour you choose.

Pricing and serving amounts are determined by portion size and used as a guide only.
